Lifestyle coaching is how we see the world, how we interpret the world and how we behave within the world. Lifestyle coaching is where Patrick will help you to reformulate your lifestyle by trying to change the way you think and behave in any given situation. It includes dietary changes, routine changes, nutrition values, exercise and in general from a holistic approach.
The integrated approach is used by Patrick in Lifestyle Coaching, where he will vary his approach using Psycho-dynamic therapy, CBT and Gestalt therapy. In the first consultation Patrick will go through your lifestyle and assess your stresses, all the things that are causing you issues within your life and work with you to bring a balance to that part of your lifestyle, showing you the value of routine, nutrition, exercise and overall how to improve your own self care.
