Patrick uses the cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach when working with depression. The CBT approach has been researched and proven to be highly effective in working with depression. Patrick has developed the unique “lift model” which has proven to be hugely successful in improving the well-being of people suffering with low mood and/or depression. The “lift model” is unique to Patrick’s recovery programme. As part of this program Patrick will work with you in designing a self-care plan.
As depression is as unique as the person suffering with it, Patrick can work with you in developing a unique program tailored to your needs. He will help you to lift your depression and to support you in identifying the triggers to your depression so that you can head off your depression before it advances and takes over your life.
